Who receives what you sent

Your name, WhatsApp number, email, Instagram, quiz answers, the date and time you picked and the message you wrote go to the person or business who created the page you visited. They are the ones who talk to you and who decide what to do with those details.

Linkcommerce (LV Tech) is the platform where that page was built. We store those details on behalf of whoever created it, so that they can see them in their dashboard. We do not use what you sent to sell anything to you, and we do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

If they turned on an automation, what you sent is also delivered to the tool they chose (a CRM, Make, n8n). That choice is theirs, and so is the responsibility for that destination.

The conversation with the AI

If you talked to the concierge, the text of the conversation is processed by Anthropic (United States) to produce the answers and the recommendation. Conversations are not used to train models without explicit consent.

What is recorded even if you type nothing

The page records views and clicks, tied to a random identifier stored in your browser. It is used to count visitors and holds no name, email or phone number. Along with the view we also store your device type, your browser and the site you came from. Your IP address is recorded for security and abuse prevention.

Whoever created the page may have installed their own advertising pixel on it (Meta, Google). If so, they are the ones responsible for it — Linkcommerce's own advertising pixels and Google Analytics do not load on our customers' pages.

How long it is kept

What you sent is kept until whoever created the page deletes it — they can do that at any time in their dashboard — or until their account is closed. There is no automatic deletion after a fixed period today: if you want it deleted sooner, just ask.

How to ask for access, correction or deletion

You can ask at any time. There are two routes, and the first is usually faster:

• Talk to whoever created the page. Your details are in their dashboard, and they can delete them right away.
• Talk to Linkcommerce, using the contacts just below. We answer within 15 days of receiving the request (article 19 of the Brazilian data protection law, LGPD). When the request is about data held by whoever created the page, we forward it to them and follow it through.

So that we can find your records, send the same contact you used (the WhatsApp number or the email you typed) and, if you remember it, the address of the page you visited.
